What time will you arrive? We will arrive 1 to 1.5 hours earlier before the time you have requested food to be served. Pack up takes approx 1 hour 

 

How long do you serve for? We serve for 2-3 hours depending on how much food is ordered. If desserts are ordered we will stay longer

How long does food take to serve? We love to be quick and can serve around 100 - 150 guests per hour. If you have quicker time constraints please let us know and we will be able to accomodate them

What do you need from us, do you need Power & Water? No we are fully self sufficient! Let us look after all those details

Do you provide cutlery and napkins? Yes we certainly do

 

How big are the Sliders? Great Question! Our Sliders are around half the size of a normal burger, so 2 x sliders are equivalent to a full size burger.

 

Will the Catering Packages fill an adult? Yes each option including the Street Slam will feed 1 x adult comfortably. As you step up in price you have more variety and quantity of food

​Do you offer kids meals. Yes We can offer Sliders (simple) with Beef, Cheese and Sauce if needed plus Chips, OR Chicken Nuggets and Chips for $14.95 PP 

 

 

Do you travel interstate? How far do you travel?No we generally only travel within VIC unless we are catering for a large scale event. Depending on the size of the private catering event we travel all over VIC but a travel fee applies if further that Melbourne Metro  

 

How do you serve the food?We can serve the food one of 6 ways 

• Using waiters and platters (cocktail function style)

• Guests approach the truck to pick up their meal,

• Serving directly from the truck,

• Placing food on buffet tables

• Table service platters placed in the middle of the table

• Boxed Delivery Service

Can I hire waiters and Bar Staff? Yes you need extra wait staff we can arrange them for you at a cost of $195 for 3 hours hire 

 

Do you have a minimum catering spend? Yes we have a minimum spend of $1,000 -$2,500 which varies depending on the time of year, location, catering numbers etc. Just fill out the quote form with your date and we can let you know.

Do you have a truck booking fee?No we do not apply a truck booking fee 

 

How do I secure my booking and date? Once you fill out the Get a Quote / Book Us form on our website we will lock in your date, we then take a non refundable deposit of $330 that secures your booking

 

Do you offer dietaries? Yes — we can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten-free-friendly, and Halal-friendly options. Please note: While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we use gluten in our kitchen and food truck, so we can’t guarantee meals are suitable for coeliacs.

What uniforms do you wear? We generally wear branded Sliders on Tyres tops and black aprons. If you have a strict dress code please let us know and we will be able to accommodate
