Built for high volume

The Big Rig is one slider (cheeseburger size) and diner fries a serve, at a rate built for high headcounts. One truck covers up to 350 guests, and we bring more trucks past that. Two trucks side by side get through 600 serves in an hour. Up to four flavours of Sliders on the menu.

01 TELL US YOUR DATE

Date, venue and rough numbers. We come back with a quote the same day

02 PICK YOUR FOUR

Four sliders for the board. Dietaries handled at no extra cost.

03 WE ROLL UP

We turn up 1-2 hours earlier to set up. Own power, gas and water. Fully self suffient.

04 THE QUEUE KEEPS MOVING

Around 300 guests an hour per truck. Once the last guest is fed, we pack down, take every bit of rubbish with us and leave your venue exactly as we found it
